Delivery times

• Rawalpindi, Islamabad: within 5–10 hours.
• Other cities: time varies — we’ll confirm it after you order.

We call you before delivery to agree a time. Heavy items are delivered by loader.

Delivery charges

Appliances are delivered by loader, so the charge depends on the size of the items and your location. After you order we confirm the delivery charge and the final total — by phone or WhatsApp and on your order page — before you pay or anything is sent.

Paying

• Cash on delivery — pay the driver when your order arrives.
• Bank transfer — transfer the total to our account shown on your order page, using your order number as the reference, then upload a screenshot or photo of the receipt there. We check it and confirm your order.

We don’t offer instalment plans. Online card and wallet payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are coming later.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is still new and unpaid. After that, please call or WhatsApp us.
